Derel Walker hauled in nine passes for 188 yards and a pair of scores while Armanti Edwards added a TD reception for Toronto, which has dropped 11 straight road games.

Lucky Whitehead returned the opening kickoff 104 yards for a touchdown and Nichols fired scoring strikes to Harris (4 yards) and Adams (38) to put Winnipeg on top 21-0 after one quarter. Demski hauled in a 67-yard touchdown pass before Bethel-Thompson found a wide-open Walker for a 31-yard TD, but Justin Medlock converted a pair of field goals, including a 13-yarder as the first half expired, to give the Blue Bombers a commanding 37-6 lead.

Bethel-Thompson threw a 55-yard scoring pass to Edwards and then hit Walker for a 44-yard touchdown on the last play of the third quarter as Toronto pulled within 40-19. Winnipeg snuffed out any hopes of a comeback by making a goal-line stand with 2:56 remaining and backup quarterback Chris Streveler turned the corner for a 23-yard touchdown with 31 seconds left to cap an impressive performance.
