The Jets took the lead at 16:19 of the first period with a goal by Ehlers on a shot from the left circle. Pierre-Luc Dubois stole the puck from Toronto defenseman Travis Dermott in the neutral zone and carried it into Maple Leafs territory before feeding Ehlers.

Marner tied the game at 3:14 of the second period with his 11th goal of the season, knocking in the rebound from TJ Brodie's shot.

Winnipeg regained the lead at 10:50 of the second on the 13th goal of the season by Ehlers, finishing a two-on-one break with Kyle Connor.

Nylander tied the game at 6:29 of the third period with his 11th goal, a one-timer from the right circle on a pass from John Tavares.

Mikheyev scored his fourth goal of the season at 12:39 from the slot to give the Maple Leafs the lead.

Stastny redirected a pass from Ehlers to tie the game.

The Jets were without defenseman Nathan Beaulieu (hand), who was placed on injured reserve after being injured on Tuesday. Defenseman Logan Stanley was promoted from the taxi squad.
